Hamilton CBD is around 12 city blocks from north to south and four blocks east to west in the heart of the city. The CBD is also bordered by the world-renowed Seddon Park cricket ground, the premier rugby, league and football ground of Waikato Stadium, Waikato Institute of Technology’s (Wintec) central campus and the Waikato River.
